I know that I've been missing in action a little bit, but you guys know life happens. I've been spending time with the kids and keeping a closer eye on JJ. He's back to terrorizing the tree and almost knocked the star off yesterday. Plus, he's gotten the grand idea that the wall makes a much better canvas for his scribblings than paper does. Thank goodness for those Magic Erasers!
I've also been working on my novel. I actually scrapped the first draft. Crazy I know since I had been working on it since before this past summer. However, I just wasn't feeling it. But I'm really happy with what I've written recently and can't wait to have it finished.

And when I haven't been busy, I've been outside checking for snow clouds. Yes, I'm dreaming of a white Christmas. I'm a winter baby. I'm totally obsessed with snow. I've been checking out snow pics from some other bloggers and hoping that we'll be lucky and get some this year.
JJ is finally old enough to out in it and have some fun. Winter just isn't complete without a light dusting those magical white flakes. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my wish will be heard. If it doesn't snow for Christmas or birthday, I'll settle for a New Year's flurry.
