Gift Shopping With EdenFantasys

Can you guys believe that Christmas is less than two weeks away?!!  No worries if you still have some shopping to do.  EdenFantasys is here to help.  Whether you're looking for something to go under the tree or stocking stuffers, they have you covered.  Check out my top gift ideas below.

Merker One Shoulder Dress-Purple
This is a great gift for the hot mamas out there.  Who says that just because you've given birth to a kid or two or three that you can't still turn up glam and the sexy sometimes?  What I like about this dress is the front draping.  The way that sash goes across from the right hip to the left shoulder just adds that extra va va voom to it.  Not to mention if you still have just little bit of midsection self it's slightly hidden from view with the placement of the sash.

And you can see from the photo that you don't have to go all out with accessories to get noticed in this dress.   Add a couple of bangles, some studs and maybe a ring or two and black pumps.  If you're more of conservative hot mama then you can still add a blazer on top.

Monet Rollerball Eyeshadow Set
Have a makeup fiend on your hands?  Well, I'm sure they will appreciate this eyeshadow set.  It's not your average eyeshadow.  These actually roll out onto the eyelid.  Then you simply use your fingertips or a blending brush to blend them in.  Great stocking stuffer for sure.

It's A Slice Bath & Shower Duo

Another great stocking stuffer is this shower gel and lotion set.  I'm absolutely obsessed with bath products.  And Cake makes some great products.  Be sure to check out their brown sugar body scrubs too!

Not a fan of shopping the first place?  Well, no problem.  Gift cards are always a great option as well.  You can stick them in stockings or get one of those cute little gift card boxes and nestle it under the tree!

If you choose to shop with EdenFantasys, they'll be offering FREE standard shipping, FREE 2nd shipping on orders $90 or more and FREE next day shipping on orders $120 or more from December 17th to December 21st

The Ultimate Birthday Gift

My birthday is almost here.  I've been counting down the days.  Now, I don't ask for much.  I think that I'm pretty simple person to please.  However, if I had to name my ultimate birthday gift it would be this beauty below.

I've been obsessed with the Bentley Continental GT for forever.  This car just screams luxury for me.  I'd love to deck it out by creating a custom paint color.  Something with a hint a purple and a little glitter.  One the inside I would mind having purple leather seats with pink monogramming and stitching!

If money were no object, what would your ultimate birthday gift be?

Present Snatchers

We decided to put our tree up before Thanksgiving.  At first, my concern was that JJ would the tree over.  He's more curious about pulling, pushing and tugging things since he's a walker now.  Last year when he was in his walker simply put a few books or pillows around the tree to prevent him from being able to get near it. Yeah, that won't work this year.

Anyways, we've had a few close calls with him trying to tug on the tree when the lights are on.  However, that problem has been solved by either having him in high chair when I plug it up or waiting until he's sleeping to turn them on.  Our current problem is with him snatching the presents from underneath and opening them.  We've already the Bow Ripping incident where he got his hands on some gifts and ripped all the bows off.  Thankfully, new bows have been added.

However, Moo has decided that she wants to be a Present Snatcher too.  While she's not actually unwrapping them, it's only a matter of time before she "accidentally" puts holes or tears in some of her gifts.  The Mr got their big gifts last night and I wrapped them.  Since, then she's been asking me a million times to tell her what she got.

I've caught her shaking presents to see if she can hear what they are.  Yep, she thinks she's smart.  However, anything that makes a noise and has buttons that can be pressed through packaging will be placed in a gift box or I'll take a spare piece of cardboard to cover up the open area.  What I wouldn't give to have a tree gate to keep these little snatchers from snatching our presents.

Here's to hoping we make it to Christmas with no presents getting opened.  I don't want to be wrapping and rewrapping gifts or resticking bows these next 28 days.  Thankfully, we only use recyclable wrapping paper. So, if I do have to rewrap I'll still be being GREEN!

How do you deal with present snatchers in your home?

Gimme, Gimme

Moo has been bitten by the Gimme bug because that's all she has been saying lately.  She knows that we are Santa and hasn't been the least bit shy about telling us what she wants for Christmas.  Just the other day she told me that she wanted "some diamonds!"  Yes, diamonds!!!

Well, clearly diamonds are out of the question but here is the rest of her wishlist.  I haven't promised to get anything but simply told her that we would think about it.  While, she doesn't believe in Santa, I still want there to be an element of surprise as to the gifts she's getting.  Also, I want her to know that Christmas is not about the getting but giving and celebrating Jesus' birthday.

Leap Frog Reading Tablet. (Ok, I want her to get this one)

Stroller and Diaper Bag Set

Dora Kitchen

Pucci Pup

Disney Princess Costume & Doll Set
I'm not going to lie, she has pretty good taste in gifts.  And a few of these are currently on sale.  Who's knows. I may have to get her one of these for her birthday which comes before Christmas.

Thank goodness JJ doesn't really get the whole toys concept yet. LOL.

Have your kids already started their wishlists?

Thankful Thursday

It's Thursday and around here that means it's time for my weekly Thankful Thursday post.  Let's get started...  This Thursday, I am thankful that my husband has not had to travel off to work in any snow or frozen rain.  Yes, even though I am keeping my fingers crossed for some, I would prefer that it snows on his days off.

I am also thankful that after much frustration the last of Moo's gifts have arrived and are wrapped under the tree.  Now if I could just get her to leave them alone.  She can't wait to start ripping them open.  I'm just glad that she is at the age where she is kinda getting thewhole Christmas thing.

I am thankful that I have found a new OB/GYN and will have my first appointment with them next week.  Plus, the hubby gets to find out what we're having after Christmas.  He is just so impatient.  I wanted it to be a surprise but I know he can't keep a secret. I don't really have a preference.  A healthy baby with ten fingers & toes all in the right place is good enough for me.

And last but not least, I am thankful that I am up to 65 GFC followers.  I know that may not sound like a lot but for me knowing that 65 of you out there actually give a crap about what I write is very exciting!!  It means that I am touching people through my words and experiences.  I have made some amazing friends through this blog and hope to meet them all in person at some point.

So, what are you thankful for this Thursday?  Don't forget to upload your Christmas tree or Christmas decoration pics to our Facebook page.  Not a fan? Just click on the widget in the right sidebar.

9 more days until Christmas.
